In accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 you or the child specified in the registration form is entitled to request a copy of, or correction, to any information held by us on you or such child by writing to us at our National Office*. You accept that you may receive other Glenfield Mall promotional and marketing material from us if you ‘Opt into another list’ when completing the registration form. If yours or the child's details require amending please communicate to or in writing to us at the address below*.The information collected in the registration form is held by us for the sole purpose of registering the child as a member of Mallstars. We reserve the right to change or remove any components of the Mallstars programme at our discretion without notification to you or the child. You consent to the child receiving mail and other marketing or promotional communications from Mallstars.
You consent to receiving mail (including in electronic form) and other marketing or promotional communications from Mallstars and us. The child will receive from Mallstars approximately five pieces of promotional material per calendar year, to the nominated address and / or email address.
There are no costs or charges for a child to join Mallstars. A child may join and be a member of Mallstars from birth up until the child turns 12 years of age.

If you do not complete the registration form in full the child will be unable to be registered as a Mallstars member and will not receive the communications and benefits associated with Mallstars.
